For me, supervision is about relationship first and I offer warmth and friendliness to start building a strong working allience between us. My aim is to create a strong and trusting relationship between supervisor and supervisee so that together we can bring about personal growth therefore providing the best for your clients who will be at the heart of our work together.
As a qualified supervisor I can offer you a space to explore your client work but also to support your well being as in order to be able to be open hearted with our clients we need to nurture our own being. Collaboration is key and alongside that I can offer you space for growth and learning, creativity, humour, diversity and autonomy. I have experienced supervision that has offered all of those qualities and I wish to offer others the same as everyone deserves supervision that can hold you but also challenge you.
I am an integrative therapist and I work to the BACP Ethical Framework and I will use this framework alongside you to keep you and your clients safe and work to high ethical and professional standards.
My experience includes working with young people and adults in private practice as well as with adults within a specialist sexual abuse trauma charity and I have had many years of experience within school and college settings.
