Hi I'm Helen and I am an experienced counsellor who will offer you a safe, comfortable and confidential space to explore any difficulties you may have in your life. 

I work with children, young people and adults offering a compassionate way of working to put you at ease.  Alongside talking therapy I can also offer a creative way of working, however, this does not mean you need to be artistic, it simply means I sometimes use alternative methods to help you explore difficult feelings that you may be finding hard to speak about.

My private practice is based in central Wellington, Somerset and allows me to offer counselling in my local area.
